I’m just back from a few days in Dorset. Burnbake campsite. Really off the beaten track. Nearest town/village Corfe Castle. This is not a large camping club, just a small enterprise. From there I went to Salisbury C&CC. What a difference. Burnbake, even though smallish, had portaloos (like you find at folk festivals) in each field. They also had showers where people were expected to follow social distancing etc. Salisbury on the other hand had no toilets or showers open. We were warned before we booked so there were no surprises. The reason I mention this is can anyone explain why a large “friendly” Club is unable to hire in amenities yet a small concern was able. I think Salisbury is leased from the council so that maybe the reason.
